Cafe Diego (SHG) – Nicaragua coffee at its finest. Good acidity and chocolaty undertones. Grown at high altitudes in old shade canopy, this bean is hard and has wonderful characteristics. Perfect coffee!
Costa Rica SHB - From the Tarrazu region this is classic snappy Costa Rica coffee
Colombia Excelso - A mild medium-body coffee
Ethiopia Sidamo - Purchased directly from a Christian grower in southern Ethiopia, this purchase has been a blessing to the ministry of the local church. Pleasant acidity, fruity tones; a wonderful coffee from the birthplace of coffee.
Brazil Santos - A great dry-processed South American coffee.
Kenya AA – Fruity undertones and medium body. This coffee was purchased directly from a Christian grower. This partnership benefits the grower and the local church in his area.
Colombia Decaf - Light body, mild flavor.
