Excalibur Food Dehydrators
The best dehydrator on the market for raw food. The Excalibur Dehydrator is a premium dehydrator with a solid track record. It features very solid ABS polymer construction (built in USA) and its patented Excalibur Parallexx airflow system circulates air from back to front so each tray receives its own supply of fresh, dry air. This design produces even drying without needing to rotate the trays as you do with round dehydrators. The Excalibur food dehydrator has a convenient removable front cover which permits you to remove any tray without disturbing other trays. The trays are fully removable for full access.
The Square shape of the trays makes preparing cookies, crackers, fruit rolls easy, whereas making these items in a round tray is problematic due not only to the shape but because of the hole in the center, making it impossible to simply spread out the batter.
The Excalibur’s cabinet can be operated with any number of trays — or no trays at all. This gives you the option of using it to make a thick loaf of bread or many trays filled with crackers.
How Parallexx Works

The fan, heating element, and adjustable thermostat are mounted in the rear. Cool air is drawn in the back, heated up, and distributed evenly across each tray. During the dehydration process, warm air removes moisture from foods and is pushed out the front of the machine.
