The Nutrimill uses TruGrind milling heads to mill grain into flour. There are no stones in this mill thus reducing heat and increasing the speed of grinding. These micronizing heads can produce a very fine flour and unlike other mills of this type on the market the Nutrimill can produce a coarser texture for producing cornmeal and other cereal type flours. The Nutrimill incorporates a variable drive motor that lets you achieve the texture that you want for your baking needs.

Bosch Blender with Safety Lock

The lid must be securely in place before the motor will turn on. The blade assembly has a metal base for best performance.

This blender is the most popular of the Bosch Universal Plus mixer accessories. Its 6 cup Lexan polycarbonate bowl is strong enough to snow ice cubes. With its tremendous cyclonic action, will also puree fruits and vegetables to perfection at speeds up to 13,000 RPM’s. A built-in lid funnel lets you add liquid ingredients without stopping or removing the lid. The blender locks onto the Bosch mixer base, so it can’t be bumped off during use.

Makes marvelous beverages, soups, sauces, fresh nut butters, baby foods and sandwich spreads. It’s also powerful enough to crack grains.

This accessory has the traditional food processor knife blade in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing. Also included are 3 cutting disks used at the top of the bowl:

1. Slicing (reversible thick/thin)

2. Shredding and Grating (reversible coarse/fine)

3. Potato Grating.
The processor fits on the high-speed drive, same place as the blender.

Wire whips and batter whisks are designed for whipping and mixing pourable liquids and batters. Any heavy doughs, many cakes, and most cookies should be prepared using the Cookie Paddles or Dough Hook.
