Our entire family was pleased to discover Foods Alive Flax Oil recently. We tasted with anxiety – expecting the usual fishy taste and instead were pleasantly surprised with a fresh, light taste and sensation. The salad dressings are awesome tasting and are great in recipes too. We have cancer in our family and several allergies, so it was delightful to find a product that meets our health needs and surpasses the taste of other brands we’ve tried. Some of the ways we use Foods Alive Flax Oils are:
*Mixing 50/50 with fruit juice for a light and refreshing salad dressing
*Drizzle over popcorn for a wonderful buttery taste and healthier treat! *Mix 50/50 with maple syrup for a great breakfast syrup
*Mixing Foods Alive salad dressings with mayo for a lighter/healthier potato or pasta salad
*Mix ¼ cup Foods Alive Flax Oil with 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar and 2 tsp. dried parsley – pour over salad of 4-5 ripe tomatoes, 1 small red onion, and 1 peeled and thinly sliced cucumber. Salt and pepper to taste.
*Mix 1 tsp. lemon oil with ¼ cup Foods Alive Flax oil – pour over baked potato topped with broccoli – yum!
*Also great over tuna on lettuce for a refreshing salad. I keep a small flask of this mixture to top vegetables in place of butter.

Wanted to share a recipe my daughter Laurie Kujawa had good success stopping internal pain and cleared up skin issues: 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 TBSP FoodsAlive Flax Oil, 1/2 cup thawed fruit (she likes blueberries, I like raspberries) and 1 Tbsp. dry roasted walnuts or almonds.
